With that said, there are two options available concerning personal website maintenance:

1. The first is by using a web design program to update a website that is template driven. That basically means that there will only be specific places that you can update, in order to maintain the consistancy of design. If you choose the I Entrepreneur Package, training will need to be purchased at $25.00 per hour. If you choose either the I Silver or the I Gold Package, two hours of onsite training is included. Any additional training over that two hour period is $25.00 per hour. Telephone and email support is also available.

2. The second maintenance program involves a content management system. ImageSpeak Media has partnered with JDM Technology to provide cost-effective and customized content management for your website. No website design software is needed. It is completely browser based, which means that you can update your website straight from Internet Explorer or Firefox. Phone support will be the training tool used, at a cost of $25.00 per hour, unless the I Silver or I Gold Package is chosen.

Some customers have chosen to do self maintenance on a Phase type of system. They start out with the first option above, and work their way into the second option. It seems to be more cost effective that way.

Our recommendation is that if you can utilize the content managment system, you will be happier. It honestly is easier to use, plain and simple.
